As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for ASSISTANT CHANGE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION, AUTOMATION & ROBOTICS (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse – Saint-Martin.

This internship is to be filled from 1st January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department «Robotics & Mechatronics & Painting» which activities include all central activities of Airbus Commercial Aircraft related to automation, robotics, mechatronics & paint.

The objective of the internship is to support the issuance and implementation of the Blue Book on schedule and on quality.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Make analysis of lessons learnt and establish an inter-dependencies map of the Department.

- Support the Management in the description of their activity and elaborate clear graphical supports (static and dynamic).

- Support consolidations / causal analysis under the guidance and coordination of the management team.

- Propose creative supports such as graphical digital version of the Blue Book including 3D representations, short movie and/or 3D animations describing the activities.

- Support the communication campaign internally.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 2 , in Media Design or Digital Media, Communication or equivalent and you obtain the following competences:

- English: advanced level

- French: negotiation level

- You have a first experience in Information System and Digital media

- You are interested in joining a transnational team

·  Soft skills:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player.

- Have organizational skills.

- Able to analyze and synthesize information.

- Strong willingness to understand organization, processes methods and tools requested.

- Be deliverables focussed.

- Knowledge of project management and skills specific to graphic arts, communication, media would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
