Description of the job

Are you looking for a job that includes diverse roles, versatility and working with people? An opportunity for an apprenticeship as Payroll Officer (m/f) has arisen within at Airbus in Blagnac.

The offer is due to begin in September 2017 (the date is subject to change) for a period of 1 to 2 years.

Tasks & accountabilities

Within Airbus Group Personnel Services, you will join the service in charge of pay and the management of payslips, within the national scope of the company.

The role of Payroll/Support Officer includes:

·  Managing the payslips in your portfolio: Collecting, integrating and checking the variable items (absence, overtime, working time, bonuses, etc.), and producing final payslips.
·  Managing employee time management: Updating working hours, processing problems with badges, disputes
·  Applying legislative, regulatory and contractual rules, within your management
·  Producing synthesis items (queries) to carry out checks
·  Looking after relationships with the final customer (employees from the management Portfolio) and the HRBP and, more broadly, responding to the employees questions on HR rules and procedures within Support. Recording requests in a tool provided (EIC)
·  Participating in service improvement actions (processes, etc.) or the deployment of now rules
·  Contributing to annual campaigns (individual and company survey of employment and working conditions, social declarations, employee savings, etc.)
·  Participating in various communication actions (meetings, etc.) between the different AGPS services.
·  Participating in training newcomers
·  Participating in the improvement and evolution of the knowledge base

Your tasks will include:

1.) Collecting data related to pay, the variable items
2.) Processing pay items
3.) Checking the pay

Required skills

·  You are currently doing a 2 or 3-year degree in Human Resources or Finance specialising in Pay.
·  You have strong Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel
·  You have good mathematical logic
·  You have knowledge of social, and work law legislation
·  You are meticulous and ensure that confidentiality is respected
·  Intermediate level of English and negotiation level of French.
