Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  «  Apprenti(e) en Management de projet (h/f)  » vient de s'ouvrir au sein du service Airbus Technology & Engineering sur son site de Toulouse Blagnac (B06). 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 5 personnes au sein du département  «Transformation Engineering & Technology Airbus» chargé de coordonner la transformation de ce vaste périmètre. Le but de cette transformation est de rendre Airbus prêt pour le développement de la prochaine génération d’avion et de réinventer notre façon d’améliorer nos avions d’aujourd’hui pour nos clients, pour les passagers et pour réduire de plus en plus l’impact sur l’environnement.

Cet apprentissage / alternance débute en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans selon vos études.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

· 
La communication sur la transformation du périmètre Commercial Aircraft Engineering and CTO d’AIRBUS, sur les actions en cours et les progrès réalisés par la transformation vers l’ensemble des employés impactés

· 
La mise en place et l'exécution des routines pour sécuriser la coordination au entre les différentes équipes de transformation à travers d' Airbus Commercial Aircraft Engineering et
  

· 
La mise en place de la méthode et des indicateurs pour mesurer la performance du déploiement des initiatives de transformation et des gains qu’elles apportent

Compétences & Prérequis :

· 
Vous allez intégrer une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce qui offre des programmes d’alternance de 2 ans (Master ou Bachelor)

· 
Vous êtes motivé et prêt à prendre l’initiative quand cela est nécessaire

· 
Vous communiquez bien et vous aimez travailler en équipe pour atteindre des améliorations

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes: 

· 
Dynamique, pragmatique avec compétences en communication et social media

· 
“Ingéniosité” par exemple dans la domaine de création de contenu de communication 

· 
Business Management, Project Management (par exemple Développement en Agile)

· 
Compétences linguistiques:

Anglais  :  avancé / négociation

Français: avancé / négociation

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé.
Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. 
Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

You will join the “Airbus Commercial Aircraft and CTO transformation team” who is in charge to lead the transformation of this part of Airbus. The transformation aims to get Airbus ready for the next generation of aircraft and to accelerate how we improve our current aircraft - for our airline customers, for the passengers and for the environment.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and can last 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your studies.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

- Securing the communication of the transformation for the Commercial Aircraft Engineering and CTO perimeter, on actions in progress and deliverables of the transformation to the impacted employees

- Putting in place the ways of working and the routines required for efficient coordination across all transformation activities across Airbus Technology & Engineering

- Establishing the methods and the indicators to make our transformation activities measurable and to clearly show the benefits and added value that is created.

Skills & Prerequisites:

· 
You do a Master’s (or Bachelor’s) degree in an Engineering School or a Business School with an apprenticeship programme of 2 to 3 years. 

· 
You are highly motivated and ready to take the lead if the situation requires it. 

· 
You are a high performance individual and you like working in a multinational team.

· 
You have the following knowledge and skills:

· 
Dynamic, pragmatic with good communication skills also in social media

· 
“Resourcefulness” for example in the creation of communication content

· 
Business Management, Project Management (par exemple Développement en Agile)

 

Language skills:

English: advanced/negotiation

French: advanced/negotiation

Our selection process

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
