Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  « Apprenti(e) en Gestion des performances (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez le département « A350 Programme Integrated Planning” en charge de mettre en place le management de la performance du département.

Vous serez responsable des activités suivantes:

· 
Définir et établir le dashboard de performance sur les principaux KPIs et objectifs (people, qualité, coûts/ cycles/ délais, développements/ projets); mise en place de la gouvernance associée.

· 
Réaliser les revues de performance mensuelles avec l’équipe de management, identifier les actions d’amélioration et les mettre en œuvre avec le support de l'équipe.

· 
Mettre en œuvre le plan de communication du département, principalement à partir d’applications Google.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

Gestion de projet et pilotage de la performance

Synthèse et formalisation de processus

Réseau dans une grande compagnie

Fabrication d’un avion

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la gestion de projet ou une discipline apparentée. Vous cherchez un apprentissage pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans .

Compétences linguistiques:

Anglais  : avancé

· 
Français   : avancé

An apprenticeship offer entitled " Apprentice Integrated Planning performance management (f/h)"  at Airbus Commercial in Toulouse site location. 

You will join the department “A350 Integrated Planning”and will be in charge of setting up the management of the performance of our entity.

You will be responsible of the following tasks:

· 
Define and run the performance dashboard on the majors performance KPIs and objectives (people, quality, cost/ leadtime, development projects);  set up the associated governance.

· 
Run with the team management the performance review to identify improvement actions and drumbeat the action plan.

· 
Set up and run the communication plan through mainly Google sites technology.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 or 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities: 
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities:

Project management and performance monitoring

Synthesis and formalization of processes

Network in a big company

Aircraft manufacturing.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a Bac+5 level training in the field of Project management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years.

Language skills :

English  : advanced

Our selection process
