Description of the job
An apprenticeship in the Export Control France department has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse.
This apprenticeship will start on 4th September 2017 (subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 24 months.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main task will be to provide support to the Export Control France Manager, by associating, in particular, the development and operational implementation of function knowledge bases.
Your activities will also include:
· Managing databases and associated tools
· Maintaining and updating the Export Control intranet site (French part)
· Defining, developing, validating and deploying additional IT tools: methods, process to provide efficient help to Export Control operations
· Contributing to the harmonisation of operations of French inter-sites tool-sharing (Elancourt, Toulouse) for the export control, logistical customs and transport fields.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
· You are preparing an engineering degree in Methods/Industrial Process/Quality Assurance
· Soft skills: Independent, analytical skills, meticulous
· Language skills: Fluent in English; Fluent in French
