Description of the job

An apprenticeship in Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation Support - CAMO (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Blagnac.

Airbus is developing various services solutions to meet Airline demands and develop new business activities.

One of the main Airbus service solutions is the Flight Hour Services (FHS) which aims to provide to airlines a wide range of services, from the repair of aircraft components (FHS-Component) to full aircraft maintenance (FHS-Tailored Support Programme).

On the other hand, the group is responsible for the delivery and overall performance of the FHS-TSP programme internally , as well as towards customers and certain suppliers.

In the context of the industrialisation process and the Airbus Make for Fleet Technical Management (FTM) model, your main role will be to provide support to the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a minimum duration of 24 months and a maximum duration of 36 months.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Within a multicultural and extremely operational environment, your main activities will include:

·  Reviewing and harmonising the processes of various support services (SLRI, SLRD, ORLA) in order to be in compliance with regulations
·  Ensuring the development of the Tailored Support Package (TSP) community within the Airbus internal HUB with the objective of federating teams

Progressively, you will be given additional missions, such as the development of a standard interface manual compliant with the contract and processes, or even contribute to the development of new industrialisation processes.

This role will involve some occasional travel for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  2 to 4-year degree (or equivalent) in Aeronautics/Maintenance/Quality/Industrialisation
·  General knowledge of the aircraft industry and process management
·  Knowledge of PART 145
·  Knowledge of PART M / CAMO
·  Knowledge of project management
·  Functional skills: independent, ability to bring people together, open-minded, leadership
·  English: advanced level
·  French: intermediate level
