Description of the job

An apprenticeship in Communication support & development has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / in Toulouse (Blagnac) .

You will join a newly set-up team, Supplier Development Support (POL), within the Procurement Operations Supplier Development organisation, with two missions:
· Supporting the POL teams in implementing the most efficient processes (business operations),
· Developing and operating the Procurement Operations Supply Chain Quality Watch Tower.

This Apprenticeship will start from september (Date subject to some flexibility) for a duration of 1 year

Tasks & accountabilities

The role is to build a multichannel communication strategy, aligned with the SCQ Watchtower positioning, ie taking advantage of the latest communication technologies and trends.

The communication strategy shall renforce the digital image and be a direct part of the Watchtower process, promoting new and effective communications.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Communication Strategy definition

· Identify the various targets of the communication (types of persons, one-way or two-way communication)
· Communication shall cover various internal Airbus stakeholders as well as Airbus suppliers.
· Identify possible communication channels for each target "population"
· Evaluate possible solutions and rate them in terms of cost, feasibility, impact.
· Build a decision dossier to select optimum communication strategy.
· Implement in an agile way.

·  Team support in deployment

This role will involve some travel for business in worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are completing a business or communication school (master level) and are familiar with latest communication channels.
·  Good knowledge in digitalization, social medias
·  Skills in analysing, in strategic communication
·  Ability to interact with various stakeholders in different departments
·  Language Skills: negotiation level of French & English - German is a plus
