Description of the job

A vacancy for an Assistant HRBP Apprentice (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
You will join the Human Resources department.
This apprenticeship will start the 4th of September (date subject to some flexibility) and is for the duration of a year.
In support of the manager, you will be involved with the industrial aspects of the Beluga XL and A380 programmes. You will support the set-up of the Beluga FAL and will assist with the A380 FAL activities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the set-up of the Beluga XL FAL,
·  Assisting with the A380 FAL activities,
·  Working with Operations to provide and manage the HR services for a specific unit of the organisation (processing files and the training, mobility, recruitment, redeployment and reorganisation of personnel),
·  Raising HR policies and national work regulations with management,
·  Ensuring that the implementation of compensation and benefit policies are consist and harmonised.

Required skills

·  Educated to a 4-year degree,
·  Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory,
·  Versatility and the ability to adapt, work autonomously and make suggestions,
·  Advanced level of English.
