Description of the job

A vacancy for an internship within the A320 final assembly line industrial project team (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.

You will join an expert team in industrial project management, which is cross-functional, with various functions, such as Manufacturing Engineering Office, Logistics, Purchasing, Scheduling/Planning and Lean, etc.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your mission will consist in developing and implementing a communication plan related to the preparation of industrial projects, related to completion, tests and final phases of production.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Communication: Setting up servers, organising the Forum and meetings, creating communication media in compliance with the Airbus graphic charter.
·  Taking part in project management: following up missions, indicators, and reporting
·  Proposing and developing facilitation solutions, in the context of exchanges with the various stakeholders of projects.

Required skills

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 3 or 4-year degree level, you are preparing a 4 to 5-year degree (schools or universities), specialising in Project Management and/or Communication.
·  Ideally, initial experience in the development of media/visuals in communication
·  Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
·  Knowledge of graphic design (CAD) tools is required
·  Sens of responsabilities
·  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to bring people together, and establish project adhesion
·  Language skills: French: advanced level, English: negotiation level
