Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti(e) Chef de Projet Digital Employee Experience et Intranet (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’ Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse (Saint-Martin-du-Touch) .

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département Digital Workplace en charge des solutions collaboratives.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : transformer le quotidien digital de nos collaborateurs. Vous contribuerez au programme transverse Digital Employee Experience (DEX) pour optimiser le Parcours Collaborateur entre les différents produits et services offerts par la Digital Workplace. Plus spécifiquement, vous participerez au projet d’amélioration de l’intranet d’Airbus en travaillant sur l’accessibilité numérique, l’application mobile et le support aux nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 à 2 an(s) . Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

Participer au pilotage des indicateurs de satisfaction en corrélant les données techniques aux retours utilisateurs (scores DEX).

· 
Analyser le parcours collaborateur pour identifier les points de friction sur les outils digitaux (Google Workspace, apps métier) et proposer des optimisations.

· 
Contribuer au redesign de l’interface de l'intranet et à l'amélioration de l'accessibilité numérique (User Centric).

· 
Créer des contenus pédagogiques (vidéos, guides, webinaires) pour faciliter l'appropriation des nouvelles fonctionnalités.

· 
Animer des communautés d'utilisateurs pour recueillir leurs besoins et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques digitales.

· 
Explorer et tester de nouveaux cas d’usage technologiques (IA générative, agents conversationnels, automatisation).

Compétences & Prérequis : Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine du Management des Systèmes d'Information, de la Data Science, du Digital / UX pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 à 2 an(s) .

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

Connaissance de base des systèmes d'information et de l'analyse de données (reporting).

Excellente maîtrise des environnements collaboratifs (type Google Workspace).

Notre processus de sélection :

L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & Intranet Project Management Apprentice (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Saint-Martin-du-Touch site. You will join a team of 10 people within the Digital Workplace department, responsible for collaborative solutions.

This apprenticeship will consist in: 

Transforming the digital daily lives of our employees. You will contribute to the cross-functional Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program to optimize the 'Employee Journey' across the various products and services offered by the Digital Workplace. In addition, you will support the Airbus Intranet enhancement project (improving digital accessibility, mobile application, and supporting the adoption of new features for users).

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 to 2 years. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

· 
Support the management of satisfaction indicators by correlating technical data with user feedback (DEX scores) to ensure an optimal level of service within the Digital Workplace.

· 
Analyze the employee journey to identify friction points within digital tools (Google Workspace, business apps) and propose innovative optimization solutions.

· 
Contribute to the Intranet interface redesign and the improvement of digital accessibility to provide an inclusive and truly User-Centric experience.

· 
Create inspiring and educational content such as videos, User Guides, or webinars to facilitate the adoption of new features.

· 
Act as a local point of contact by engaging with user communities to gather their needs and promote digital best practices.

· 
Explore and test new technological use cases, including Generative AI, conversational agents (chatbots), and automation, to simplify access to information.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a  Master’s program (Bac +5) level training in the field of Information Systems Management, Data Science, Digital/UX or equivalent for an apprenticeship of at least 1 year (preferably 2 years).

Our selection process:
