Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Aprenti(e) en définition/création d’indicateurs de performance opérationnelle (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial aircraft sur son site de Blagnac , à proximité de Toulouse .

 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « Technical Data Operations» en charge de produire et livrer la documentation de maintenance avion et opérations de vol aux compagnies aériennes, en assurant le support et maintenir la qualité et la sécurité de ses livrables. En vue d’améliorer la gestion de sa performance, le domaine a lancé une initiative de refonte de ses indicateurs et dashboards sur la totalité de ses activités.

Cet apprentissage consistera à accompagner la responsable “Operations Performance Dashboards” dans ce projet. Vous  collaborerez avec les différents responsables de départements afin de les aider à élaborer les futurs indicateurs, contribuerez à les formaliser et enfin à les développer. Ce poste nécessite une collaboration étroite avec différents intervenants en Europe et en Inde.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 ans. 

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités:  

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs finaux concernés par le projet

· 
Activement contribuer à l’élaboration des indicateurs et dashboards avec tous les intervenants - de l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la livraison finale

· 
Identifier les sources de données concernées

· 
Formaliser/spécifier/documenter vos livrables

· 
Développer les indicateurs et dashboards dans les outils définis par le domaine

· 
Faire valider vos livrables par les utilisateurs finaux

· 
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des nouveaux indicateurs/dashboards (formation, documentation)

· 
Participer au suivi régulier de l’avancement du projet

Compétences et Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau minimum BAC +3/4 dans le domaine de l’analyse des données pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

An apprenticeship offer entitled “Apprentice in definition/creation of operational performance indicators (f/m)” has just opened within Airbus Commercial aircraft on Balgnac site, near to Toulouse.

You will join a team of 7 people within the  within the “Technical Data Operations” department in charge of producing and delivering aircraft maintenance and flight operations documentation to airlines, providing support and maintaining the quality and safety of its deliverables. This apprenticeship will consist of supporting the “Operations Performance Dashboards” manager in this project. You will collaborate with the various department heads to help them develop future indicators, contribute to formalizing them and finally developing them. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders in Europe and India.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 year(s) .

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities: 
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

· 
Understand the needs of end users affected by the project

· 
Actively contribute to the development of indicators and dashboards with all stakeholders - from the expression of needs until final delivery

· 
Identify the relevant data sources

· 
Formalize/specify/document your deliverables

· 
Develop indicators and dashboards in tools defined by the field

· 
Have your deliverables validated by end users

· 
Support users in the use of new indicators/dashboards (training, documentation)

· 
Participate in regular monitoring of the progress of the project

Skills and Prerequisites: 
You will integrate a BAC +3/4 level training in the field of data analysis or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 year(s).
