Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée «Apprenti(e) standardisation des processus Produits et Catalogue
Digital Workplace (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 17 personnes au sein du département « Devices & Services chez
Digital Workplace» en charge des produits computers (Windows, MAC, Chromebook, linux & Unix)
Cet apprentissage consistera à être responsable de la définition et du pilotage d’un plan d’action,
permettant une standardisation des processus et catalogue en cohérence avec la stratégie du
produit.
Mais aussi de superviser le résultat de celui-ci en initiant un plan d'amélioration continue en cohérence.

Cet apprentissage débute en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 an (s).
Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur et à la manière d’un chef de projet, vous développerez vos compétences
en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:
● interviewer les différents chefs de produits et contributeurs
● analyser
● définir les priorités et le plan l’exécution des tâches incluant les responsabilités et planning
● animer la communauté afin de délivrer
● reporter sur le plan d'exécution et piloter les risques
● superviser les améliorations et les indicateurs de mesures
Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de gestion de projet ou
management pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
● Gestion de projet
● Communication
● Négociation, collaboration et esprit d’équipe
● Analyse des besoins
● Informatique générale et en particulier les ordinateurs (Windows, MAC, Chromebook, Linux ou
Unix)
Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : négociation
Français : courant
Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice process and catalog standardization - Digital

This apprenticeship will consist of being responsible to define and manage an action plan, allowing
standardization of processes and catalogs consistent with the products strategy.
But also to supervise the result by initiating a coherent continuous improvement plan.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 or 3 year(s).
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives
and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- audit the different products and contributors
- analyze
- define priorities and related action plan, including role & responsibility, and the planning
- animate the community
- report on the execution plan and manage risks
- monitor improvements and measurement indicators

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of project management or management or equivalent

for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Project Management
- Communication skills (Negotiation level english)
- Interpersonal skills (relationship, collaboration, team spirit)
- Business Analysis
- Process mapping
- Computer technology basics and interest
- Language skills:
English: negotiation
French: fluent

Our selection process
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.

deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is
shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate
for the apprenticeship.
