Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Analyste "Connaître son client" KYC (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) sur son site de Blagnac . 

Cet apprentissage consistera à: 

·  Aider au processus d'intégration client avec l'équipe KYC - Lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (AML)
·  Aider à la livraison des avions en analysant et en évaluant les risques AML
·  Contribuer à l'amélioration des process et outils AML
·  Promouvoir la compréhension KYC - AML, et la prise de conscience à travers les fonctions et divisions

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

·  Analyser la structure d'entreprise et des actionnaires clients afin d'identifier les bénéficiaires
·  Analyser les finances client afin de détecter de potentiels profiles financiers inhabituels
·  Analyser l'origine des fonds
·  Proposer des recommandations
·  Etablir et améliorer les outils analytiques afin d'améliorer les tests AML
·  Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils et process à travers le Groupe
·  Contribuer à développer et livrer les formations AML
·  Contribuer au reporting AML

Les activités sont intimement liées aux équipes Ethique et Conformité, Export Control, Customer Affairs, et à l'officier Airbus AML.

Compétences & Prérequis : 
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +4/5 dans le domaine du Droit/Finance ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

- Esprit d'équipe et communication: capacité à interagir avec vos paires et divers parties prenantes (Customer Affairs, Sales Finance, Ethique et Conformité etc...) dans un environnement interculturel et partager les meilleures pratiques.

Compétences linguistiques : 
Anglais : négociation 
Français : courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled  Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst (m/f)   has just opened within  Airbus (Commercial Aircraft)   on  Blagnac  site.  You will join the FGA Finance department in charge of KYC. 

This apprenticeship will consist in: 

· 
Support customer on-boarding with KYC - AML

· 
Support aircraft deliveries by analysing and assessing AML risk

· 
Contribute to the improvement of AML process and tools

· 
Promote KYC - AML understanding & awareness across functions and divisions

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

· 
Analyse customer’ corporate / shareholder structure to identify beneficiaries

· 
Analyse customer financials to detect possible un-usual financial profile

· 
Analyse origin of funds

· 
Provide recommendations

· 
Establish and improve analytical tools to enhance AML test

· 
Contribute to tool and process improvement within the Group

· 
Contribute to develop and deliver AML training

· 
Contribute to AML reporting

Activities are closely coordinated with Ethics & Compliance, Export Control, Customer Affairs, and the Airbus AML officer.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+ 4/5 level training in the field of Law/finance or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2  years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

· 
Educated to a Master degree level in Law/Finance (or related discipline)

· 
Team player and communication skills: ability to interact with peers and various stakeholders (Customer Affairs, Sales Finance, Ethics & Compliance etc.) in a multicultural environment and to share best practice

Language skills: 

English: negotiation

French: fluent 

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
