Are you experienced in Aircraft business process, with a background in IT Product design and looking for a new challenge?

A vacancy for an Aircraft Technical Data IT Product Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse, to support the “Technical Data Configuration Management” team as part of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) organisation. As Aircraft Technical Data IT Product Manager, you will be end to end responsible for an application portfolio linked to Configuration Management, from requirement management to solution delivery.

As Aircraft Technical Data IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

·  Defining the product and service (line) strategy, including continuous realignment of product and services target to the consumer segments,
·  Working effectively with a self-organized team to identify opportunities and create a product in line with customers' requirements,
·  Managing stakeholders,
·  Guaranteeing a delivery on Time, Quality and Cost of the Product,
·  Leading and coaching resources.

Your main tasks and activities will be the following ones:

·  Supporting business requirements definition ,
·  Promoting the use of innovative IT solutions based on your knowledge of the market evolutions,
·  Leading the IS aspects of the projects and coordinating development, testing and deployment activities,
·  Ensuring consistency/re-use of Configuration Management solutions among all Customer Services projects,
·  Supporting the run-mode activities to secure operational continuity of the Technical Data Configuration Management process.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

● Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field,
● 3 to 5 years' experience in IT Product design or in Aircraft Business Processes especially in Aircraft Configuration Management.
● Technical of Knowledge of SAP technologies,
● Knowledge of iPPE, MM and PP module would be a plus,
● Experience in IT project management,
● Knowledge of the aircraft configuration management domain would be a plus,
● Advanced level of English,
● Advanced level of French,
● Learning agility / eager to learn,
● Stakeholder management,
● Ability to deal with complex issues in large environment,
● Assertiveness with the ability to find compromises with the different domains,
● Team player.
