Description of the job

A vacancy for an ATI Beluga Operation Controller has arisen within Airbus Blagnac.
The successful applicant will join the ATI Operational Control Center department.
ATI is Airbus subsidiary accountable for the transport done by Beluga between different Airbus sites.
Its main missions are to plan and coordinate the rotations as well as to ensure the safety of Beluga flights.

For this position there are shift hours 24/24, 7/7, 365/year
Hours: 05h30-14h15, 13h30-22h15, 21h30-06h15, and days sometimes, week-end the same.
The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

¤ Contributing to the safe operation of Beluga flights,
¤ Contributing to the on time delivery of sections for the production by anticipating and managing operational issue on the D day
operation,
¤ Ensuring that flights are prepared in accordance with regulations and internal procedures,
¤ Preparing the Beluga Flight Dossier,
¤ Managing flight monitoring and coordination,
¤ Managing weight & balance sheets, load sheets preparation,
¤ Using computerized flight planning system,
¤ Managing issue indicator.

Required skills

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:

¤ Educated to a 2/3-year degree level (or equivalent), with a Flight dispatcher qualification (ENAC/ESMA/CREUFOP)
¤ Experience in flight operations
¤ Good knowledge of airline operational constraints and aeronautical environment
¤ Advanced level of English
¤ Negotiation level of French
¤ Speed and quality in making decisions,
¤ Emotional stability
¤ Communication skills,
¤ Ability to work within a team.
