OneWeb Satellites is OneWeb's industrial partner for the design and manufacturing of its fleet of microsatellites. This initial production of 900 satellites, each weighing less than 150 kilograms, is planned for launch into low Earth orbit in 2018 to deliver affordable Internet access globally. Other projects of constellation either Telecom or Earth Observation are expecting to re-use OW P/F product. Description of the job

A vacancy for a Devoloper (m/f) has arisen within Airbus OneWeb Satellites SAS in Toulouse.
You will join the IT Department.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Willingness and ability to travel: 5% of time

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Defining and maintaining company applications based on JIRA, Confluence, Liferay, iObeya and all specific developments
·  Urbanizing application deployment and updates
·  Capturing business needs and propose solutions based on existing solutions or introducing new building bricks or developments
·  Managing, prioritizing and organizing developments based on business needs
·  Ensuring test phases, bug corrections and delivery in production
·  Ensuring expertise support (L3) on all applications deployed in France
·  Maintaining reference documentations (for IT department and also for end-users)
·  Contributing to technical evolution requested by the business in France
·  Ensuring technology watch

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  2-3 years' experience in software development : Java, Liferay, Atlassian tools, Git, HTML 5.0, Javascript, CSS, DevOps
·  Demonstrated skills in architecture and debug activities
·  Good knowledge of:
·  Java, Python, Javascript, CSS and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Maven and Bootstrap
·  Html 5.0
·  ANSIBLE, PowerShell, Shell Linux
·  Windows 7 and 10 and Office
·  Standard level in English.
