Nous recherchons actuellement des Inspecteurs NDT pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique située à Mirabel, Québec, Canada .

Vos défis :

· 
Réaliser des essais non destructifs (END) sur des avions ou des composants en matériaux métalliques et composites, durant la fabrication ou l’assemblage.

· 
Appliquer des techniques d’inspection spécifiques en effectuant les réglages, l’étalonnage des équipements, et en suivant les procédures selon vos certifications.

· 
Rédiger des rapports d’inspection détaillés, validant la conformité des pièces inspectées conformément aux critères d’acceptation.

· 
Développer des instructions techniques propres aux essais, à soumettre pour approbation par un niveau 3.

· 
Participer à des essais de faisabilité sur de nouveaux matériaux, procédés ou assemblages.

· 
Proposer et documenter des techniques d’inspection adaptées à des besoins spécifiques.

· 
Maintenir vos certifications à jour et en acquérir de nouvelles.

· 
Interpréter les codes, normes et spécifications applicables.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

· 
DEC ou AEC en Contrôle Non Destructif ou domaine technique connexe OU certification équivalente.

· 
Certification CND niveau 2 (NAS410 ou EN4179) dans au moins une méthode : UT (ultrasons) ou ET (courants de Foucault), ainsi que PT (ressuage) complété ou en voie d’obtention.

· 
Formation CND conforme à NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712 ou ASNT.

· 
Les candidats certifiés niveau 1 , avec expérience pertinente, peuvent aussi être considérés.

· 
Expérience en fabrication ou maintenance aéronautique, un atout majeur .

· 
Connaissances solides des structures et matériaux aéronautiques.

· 
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

· 
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, méthodique, et vous appréciez le travail d’équipe.

Your challenges:

· 
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on aircraft or aircraft components made of metallic and composite materials during manufacturing or assembly.

· 
Apply specific inspection techniques, set up and calibrate equipment, and conduct inspections in line with your certifications.

· 
Write detailed inspection reports validating part conformity against acceptance criteria.

· 
Develop technical instructions for the requested tests to be approved by a Level 3 inspector.

· 
Participate in feasibility studies involving new materials, processes, or assemblies.

· 
Propose and document inspection techniques adapted to specific needs.

· 
Maintain your certifications and acquire new competencies.

· 
Interpret relevant codes, standards, and specifications.

Your boarding pass:

· 
College diploma (DEC or AEC) in NDT or a relevant technical field, or equivalent qualification .

· 
Level 2 NDT certification (NAS410 or EN4179) in at least one method: UT (Ultrasonic Testing) or ET (Eddy Current Testing), and PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) completed or in progress.

· 
NDT training according to NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712, or ASNT requirements.

· 
Level 1 certified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

· 
Aerospace manufacturing or maintenance experience is a strong asset .

· 
Strong knowledge of aerospace structures and materials.

· 
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).

· 
Detail-oriented, independent, organized, and a team player.
