Description of the job

Job description:

An internship in Advanced methods for resetting aircraft performance models (m/f) has arisen at Airbus at its St Martin du Touch site.

The aircraft performance domain is involved in the certification of AFM (Aircraft Flight Manual) models. The AFM is used by airlines to plan their operations. The certification of models is achieved by comparison with flight test data. Flight tests are extremely costly and in the context of innovative projects, the aircraft performance domain is in need of solutions in order to be able to reset the models with less flight testing.

The objective of this internship is to participate in the elaboration of such innovative methods.

The internship is scheduled to begin on 2nd February 2017, (date subject to some flexibility) and will last 6 months
