Poste et missions:
A new position has arisen at Airbus in Hamburg within the Manufacturing Strategy and Exploration department, which is responsible for the definition of the deployment of short and mid-term strategy for 11 Airbus manufacturing plants. The mission is
to promote and implement new industrial concepts and projects like process automation and digitalisation, as well as the A320 4th FAL realisation with a strong link to "Industry 4.0"
- for the ZAL TechCenter (Hamburg's Centre of Applied Aeronautical Research) and its implementation.
Your main activities will include:
- Supporting the management of a programme/project by application of project management processes, methods and tools
- Analysing, integrating and providing quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at programme
and project management level
- Supporting the effective management of communication and interest groups
- Deliverables: plans, schedules, reports, risk and chance response planning
- Capturing lessons learnt
- Analysing and integrating time, cost, resource and quality data
- Being in charge of programme/project planning and scheduling, including the structure plan
- Being responsible for risk & opportunity management
- Monitoring performance (follow-up of milestones), steering and reporting, phase testing
- Configuration control / change management with respect to contract data
- Implementation management for project management processes and tools.

Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally, initial experience in the field of Manufacturing/Manufacturing Engineering
- Good project management skills
- Proactive approach operationally and open to new challenges
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, committed and responsible
- Experience in other industries would be plus
- Negotiation level of English
- French, German or Spanish language skills would be a plus.
