We created a department to follow and help our consultants to manage their evolution inside the Positive Thinking Company.
The Career & Evolution team has two main missions:
- Follow and manage the evolution of 350 consultants;
- Create and animate communities of co-workers inside the group (already 10 communities, both technical/functional and about common passions).
You’ll join a team of dedicated and positive people, and will contribute actively to the animation of consultants’ career and evolution, while working closely with the business & recruitment teams.
As an Evolution and Career officer, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Organizing the follow-up of consultants and build a relation of trust with them;
- Implementing our new innovating evolution system;
- Ensuring the integration of consultants;
- Identifying the priority of follow-up;
- Establishing with our consultants their objectives in a short and long term vision and a plan of actions to achieve their goals;
- Coaching the consultants through their careers in the company.
YOUR PROFILE :
- You are fluent in French and English, Dutch would be a plus;
- You have at least one first experience in an HR environment;
- You are dynamic, flexible, pro-active, well-organized and patient;
- You like to propose new initiatives;
- You have strong interpersonal skills and want to feel useful;
- You acquired a Master Degree in HR/Management in a recognized Highschool or University.
