? Creation and follow-up of client projects;
? Collect and validate billing documents (Timesheets, Purchase orders);
? Collect and validate subcontractor’s invoices;
? Client Invoicing;
? Monitoring of Client’s payment;
? Assist with Month-end Closing;
? Maintain our ERP system up to date.
? You speak French and/or Dutch and English;
? You acquired a bachelor's degree in accounting/ management or economics;
? A first experience with Dynamics Nav will be an added value;
? Good knowledge of Excel;
? You will join a team of several people to manage the invoicing of 3 companies of our group;
? You want to remain operational while having the ambition to bring real added value to the position and the team;
? You have a strong professional conscience and are recognized for your rigor, initiative and synthesis;
