Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Support the product creation process for Golf Category for the Asia Region, ensuring it is consistent with global brand strategy / positioning, and meeting the specific consumer & market requirements for Asia (Japan, Korea, GCA, and SEA) to drive business growth and profitablilty.

Key Responsibilities:

· Influence and implement strategic category direction, proactively set range direction.
· Manage product creation process for both Japan & Rest of Asia markets and execute fully integrated sell-in packages with GTM counterparts from product brief to sell out process as a category owner.
· Develop expertise in sport, consumers, accounts, market & trends to build and make decisions on product ranges, distribution, and retail price settings as a category owner.
· Plan and initiate product briefs building with relevant Dept. (Design, Development and Logistics) which give clear product direction & information as a category owner.
· Decision making when it comes to product creation such as garment constructions, fabric selections and fitting.
· Analyze & report category business performance.
· Communicate effectively and smoothly to relevant leaders from other functions (global team, C2C, Design and Development).
· Present ranges/products to both adidas Japan & Rest of Asia markets. Also externally to key retailers.
· Maintain all product information systems (MP2, GIM Tool, etc.) for all responsible categories.
· Manage and drive seasonal category plan with target SKU, FOB, GIM and buying volume and align with global counterparts.
· Build market/retailer network for qualitative product feedback from our key markets.


・商品開発に伴う製品仕様(フィッティング、素材etc)の決定。

・主要関係部署のリーダー(グローバル、CtC、デベロップ、デザインetc)と円滑なコミュニケーションを行う。

・adidas Japan, Global Markets, 及びアカウント/バイヤーへのレンジ/プロダクトプレゼンテーションを行う。

・製品開発におけるシステム(MP,GIMツールなど)のメンテナンスをカテゴリー全体で管理。

・TGT(FOB,AO,GIM,SKU etc) に基づレンジプランの策定・管理及びグローバルへの交渉。

Requisite Ed
ucation and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

・PC skills.

・English communication skills (GTEC 600 or TOEIC 730).

・Minimum of 2-3 years product creation experience with APP or ACC background.

・Minimum of 2-3 years of people managing.

・Experience in marketing or sales is helpful.

・PCスキル

・アパレル・ACC商品開発経験2~3年以上

・マネージャー経験2~3年以上

試用期間:有(6ヶ月)

就業時間:9:30-18:00(休憩1時間、フレックスタイム制あり)

基本給:年700万円~1200万円

ボーナスターゲット:基本給の15%(1月から12月の業績・評価を基に翌年3月に支給。入社日に応じて期間按分あり)
