Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

We are looking for a team member that loves to dive into facts and figures in order to provide commercial, actionable reporting, analysis and insights for the coolest brands on the planet.

You will fully support and drive the Western Europe online marketing objectives for adidas and Reebok: Revenue and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).

You will use analytical rigour to find opportunities for improvements in and across our Paid Search, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Comparison Shopping Engine and Marketplaces strategy and implementation, to ensure we optimise online marketing revenue growth and ROMI. This will involve interacting with the wider EU online marketing team and other departments across the adidas and Reebok business.

One of the key attractions of the job is that the Traffic Analytics EU team is new and therefore a lot of ground is still uncovered and the potential impact you can make is high. The role gives you the freedom to experiment and test your ideas, and the ability to iterate on them in a very short time frame. This makes the role an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and analytically minded individual with a hands-on attitude.

A background as an analyst or in online marketing is not required, but you should be a fast learner who knows how to handle large datasets and hasthe ability to make an impact on the business through data.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Analyse our online marketing performance and identify areas that require optimisation and improvement.
· Maintain and improve our online marketing reporting systems.
· Deliver insights and recommendations on the performance of our (brand) marketing activation campaigns.
· Deliver insights and recommendations on cross-channel and cross-device user behaviour and attribution.
· Support the analysis of A/B tests.
· Validate all online marketing data for data quality and suggest improvements.
· Document and manage the rollout of new online marketing tracking and measurement tools and processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Bachelor or Master degree required, with 1 year of working experience preferably in an online marketing or e-commerce environment.
· High attention to detail but also seeing a bigger picture; strong analytical skills are a must.
· A passion for the ever-changing world of online marketing.
· Strong communication skills: Written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships.
· Proficient in written & spoken English, an additional European language is beneficial.
· Enjoy ‘getting your hands dirty’ and solving problems.

Preferred qualifications:

· High proficiency in using MS Excel.
· Working knowledge of DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM).
· Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
· Knowledge of SQL and/or Microstrategy.
· Experience with Tableau.
· Understanding of marketing attribution modelling.
· Experience in A/B testing.
