Purpose:
Support of the HR Compensation & Benefits team; including delivering best class administrative and organisational support to the team members, as well as other HR Managers and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support of the team in projects, initiatives and in daily business
· Maintenance of databases, SharePoints, files, documents and guidelines
· Creation of reports and reporting support
· Creation of analysis, documentations and presentations
· Carrying out of initiatives (including presentations) and tasks upon request
· Support of team assistance in all relevant matters (admin, organization, meetings, events, etc.)
· Further administrative tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills both German and English
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
· Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision
Requisite Education and Experience:
· Apprenticeship in industry or equivalent
· Specialization and 2 years of experience in HR Management
· Strong working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
· Ideally SAP-HR working knowledge
