This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to become part of a dynamic and growing team of adidas Croatia. Working as an HR trainee, you will be working closely with HR Manager while gaining exposure and insight into HR processes as well as undertaking HR administration duties. Candidates should be autonomous, not afraid to think outside the box and open to new ways of working to help improve our processes.

Purpose:

· Gain professional experience by supporting HR department in different sorts of HR processes

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accuracy of, and update employee personnel files and HR system in accordance with company policies and government regulations
· Support HR Administration & Payroll processes
· Assist in the creation and improvement of company policies and procedures
· Assist in recruitment activities (creation and publication of the advertisement, maintainemployment database, applications, and applicant flow logs in line with standard company procedures)
· Maintain Employee corporate assets list (IT equipment, cars, etc)
· Support in organization of training programs
· Assist in the onboarding process
· Assist in organizing employee events
· Other operational and organizational duties to support Office related tasks

Required qualifications:

· Meet the requirements to work through policy of Professional training for work without employment (
Stručno osposobljavanje za rad bez zasnivanja radnog odnosa )
· University degree / master's degree inliberal arts(priority economics, psychology)
· Analytical, organizational skills and the 'eye' for details
· English language - a minimum level of knowledge B1
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
· Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
