Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization
:

Within the framework of HR Services, we are providing excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services related processes. As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure team’s management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance;
· Being counter-part for other HR-Services teams / regular collaboration within HR Services
· Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programmes and processes.
· Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues
· Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, eMail and telephone
· Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required)
· Perform within the HR Services team which are related to recruitment and selection processes
· Support the continuous improvement of internal documentation including mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as an reliable author of nominated articles
· Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with for every country
· Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts
· Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas’ Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Team player mentality
· Proven work experience in people management
· Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
· Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
· Strong customer focus orientation
· International mind-set
· Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance
· Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University Degree in Human Resources (languages, etc etc) or other related areas
· 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
· Fluency in English, spoken and written
· Fluency in other languages will be a plus (e.g.: German, French, Italian, Spanish)
· Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
· Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area
