Do you hold a valid Fork Lift Truck License and looking for a new opportunity working for a large National Company?

This role involves supporting the warehouse supervisor and the special events team.

You will have the capabilities to learn new skills easily, be a fast learner and want to do a great job every time.

This is a varied role, you will be based in a busy warehouse supporting the warehouse team with there daily tasks, this role also includes engineering work so experience within the engineering field would be advantageous.

Full training will be given to the correct candidate who needs to be flexible in their outlook.

This is a temporary on-going assignment, my client is looking for the right individual to fill this role.

Job Spec:

Picking and packing orders.

Processing orders on computer for dispatch using online system.

Accurate recording of all dispatch notes and goods going out.

Unloading and loading of deliveries by use of Counterbalance fork truck.

Accurate recording of all incoming deliveries, checking of incoming goods, putting away in correct locations and booking in on the computer system.

Locating pallets of stock in correct areas in warehouse using a Reach truck.

Regular weekly stock taking/counting.

Processing incoming returns, checking items and locating in correct locations in warehouse and completing paperwork.

Keeping warehouse/workshop clean and tidy.

Other duties that may be deemed necessary

Special Events

Clean and testing office printers.

Carry out Earth Continuity Test (ECT) periodically on printers using a ulti meter provided.

Packaging printers securely prior to dispatch.

Recording all machine movements in and out in goods out log.

Replacing toners and other items when required by a machine.

Updating computer records of printers by serial number/model.

Some minor maintenance tasks on office printers.

Any other tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

Must have a fork lift truck licence to complete this role.
