Working for a prestigious organisation based near Sutton Coldfield you will be working in a Training coordination role in a busy team.

You will have a background in training or coaching or have a sports background and be interested in getting into the training job industry.

Main aspects of the role will include:

·  Assist the team to recruit, train and support the workforce

·  Develop, produce and upload learning materials on to the system including webinars, online assessments, and videos

·  Help administer education programmes

·  Develop, monitor and support mentoring opportunities for a network of tutors

·  Provide quarterly performance reports to the head of coaching

·  Organise the promotion of education programmes as required

Skills and Experience required

·  A background in training or coaching or sports development is advantageous

·  IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly

·  Able to communicate effectively with a range of organisations, partners and people

·  Good time management, ability to prioritise, work effectively and meet key deadlines

·  Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable work approach

·  Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
