£24-25k Salary
Based - Acton, West London W3 (10 mins walk from Park Royal tube)
Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

It Literate (Excel) & Quickbooks knowledge essential


Our client and related companies are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant professional with a proactive approach. This career opportunity is a rewarding position for a hardworking individual who would enjoy taking full responsibility and owning the role.Based in West London and reporting to the Financial accountant we are looking for someone to take ownership of their accounts area of responsibility.


·  All aspects of bank and paypal posting

·  Processing purchase ledger payments and Invoices

·  Employee expenses

·  Maintaining credit card receipts

·  Reconciling statements

·  Liaising with suppliers

·  Managing the Aged Creditors Control Account

·  Reconciling the various foreign and UK Quickbooks bank accounts month end balance to bank statements

·  Formally reporting bank balances on a weekly basis

·  Liaising with purchase ledger clerk and Financial Accountant

·  Responding to queries

·  Supporting the financial accountant with the month end processes including accruals and prepayments and bank reconciliations

Requirements / Skills:

·  Previous bank reconciliation experience

·  Previous multi-currency purchase ledger experience

·  IT literate with strong Excel skills

·  Excellent communication

·  Strong commercial sense

·  Proactive and driven approach

·  Ability to work quickly under pressure

·  High attention to detail

·  Quickbooks experience essential
