·  Provide high quality personal assistance, secretarial and administrative support to the member of Transformation Team

·  Provide excellent customer service using existing processes.

·  Support Transformation Team on day to day business issues and projects, programmes.

·  Engage with customers, internal and external, providing resolution to issues in collaboration with colleagues within the service.

·  Collate, manage and present management information provided by services within the Teams responsibilities.

·  Provide high quality and consistent support and process management in a cost effective and efficient way that positively impacts customer efficiency and confidence.

Ensure that the Transformation Team processes support relevant democratic processes within the Council, including communication both with Committees and Members.

Be the first point of contact for the Transformation Team for all personal, electronic or telephone communications with MPs, Councillors, senior executives from both public and private sector organisations and the public.

Make all necessary arrangements for meetings on behalf of the transformation Team, liaising with others attending, obtaining, preparing and distributing all relevant documentation and organising venues, refreshments, travel and other related requirements.
