Our Client is looking to recruit a motivated, driven, self starter who will complete all tasks in Payroll, Accounts Payable and Subcontractor payments within their well established Cork company.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
Payroll:
*Process payroll by established deadlines (weekly)
*Collect, compile & enter payroll data
*Previous knowledge of payroll would be essential
*Solid data entry skills
*Good working knowledge of Micropay Professional
Accounts Payable:
*Monthly Supplier Account Reconciliations
*Monthly Supplier Account payments through banking online
Sub-Contractor Payments & paperwork:
*Ensure that correct paperwork is received in relation to Sub-Contractors on site
*Organise payment of Sub-Contractor Certs issued from Quantity Surveyors as required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounts package would be beneficial but not essential
*Understanding of basic accounting principles
*Knowledge of RCT system & Revenue online payment would be beneficial but not essential
*Prepare & process electronic transfers & payments
*Reconciliation of supplier accounts monthly
*Payment of Sub-Contractors
*Liaising with Quantity Surveyors on site in relation to sub-contractor payments
Along with the above, 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable of general accounts is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. You must be flexible, self motivated, have meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
