Internal Sales

£20,000 - £23,000 + Commission

We are currently looking to recruit for an Internal Sales Executive based in Stourbridge. The successful candidate will be able to maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales, must be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Duties Involved

·  Built and maintained strong relationships with existing and new clients

·  To answer incoming customer calls and e-mails in a professional and efficient manner

·  Grow and developed accounts to achieve their business goals

·  Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales

·  Achieved and exceeded monthly targets and status

·  Created and maintained client database and sales pipeline

·  Liaised with clients at all levels

·  Available to clients, by email, over the phone or face to face

·  Ensured all specific needs of the client are met and managed client expectations with regular progress updates

·  Outbound calls

·  Updating Excel spreadsheets

·  Chase quotes

·  Attend meetings with Clients

·  Work closely with estimating

Skills & Experience

·  Previous administration experience is essential, any knowledge of a sales/ manufacturing environment would be advantageous

·  Computer literate and experience in Microsoft Office Products i.e. Word, Excel, Access & Outlook is required

·  Ability to sell and cross sell and approach new businesses

·  Excellent selling and communication skills

·  To be able to utilise social media to create business awareness.

·  Selling into education/ advantage but not essential
