We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to take on this HR Generalist role within an exciting and expanding company.

You will be joining the business at an optimal time as they are currently expanding and really focusing on HR related improvements, which promises to provide you with a huge amount of opportunity to add value, as well as personal gain in terms of motivation and personal satisfaction. The main purpose of this role will be to work alongside the HR Manager in terms of driving and improving practices and procedures. You will continually strive to achieve excellence and best practice in delivering the goals and expectations of the company, along with ensuring the department represents the organisation well to all stakeholders, whether internal or external.

This will be an exciting and challenging role and our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
* Extensive experience within HR, as proven by a solid background within an HR Generalist role,
* L+D experience,
* Strong decision making capabilities and experience,
* Qualified or actively working towards an HR Professional qualification,
* Able to manage a multi-faceted role with the ability to demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills,
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a flexible and professional attitude,
* Creative and dynamic individual with personality, charisma, and ambition. Somebody that can think 'outside of the box',
* Computer literate - creative enough to develop own presentation formats,
* Relishes the challenge to seek, search and create new opportunities.
