This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Finance Assistant in the area of Ealing

Start date: ASAP
Hours: 35 hours Mon to Fri (09:00:AM - 05:00:PM)
Salary: £15.08 PAYE
3 Months

As a Finance Officer you will play a vital role in providing financial and administrative support to the managers, staffs and officers within the service.
* Essential to this role is having lead responsibility for carrying out annual financial forecast procedures assessing and evaluating financial data based on past, current and projected financial trends in expenditure and income information.
* You will be responsible for providing support, the co-ordination, control and reporting financial activities in relation to all temporary accommodation schemes focusing specifically on temporary accommodation supplier payments
* You will also take a lead for co-ordinating and updating the financial systems, local housing management systems and MS Excel spreadsheets.
* Essential to this role is having excellent organisational skills demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
* In this role you will be required to draft well defined project plans. To manage assigned projects in accordance with the principles of project management.
