Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: London

Salary: £14.42 per hour

6 Month initial contract

My world renowned Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Driver Acquisition Field Agent with a passion for sales and customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successfully engaging with potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Actively seek out and generate new driver leads using your sales and customer service experience.

·  Identify potential driver partners through various channels and engage with them to provide information about driver opportunities.

·  Follow up with new driver partners and close driver leads, providing guidance and support through the sign-up process.

·  Interact with potential driver partners, building rapport and establishing trust. Listen actively to their needs and requirements, understanding their motivations for joining the company

·  Travel around London to key hot-spot areas to capture these leads.

What We're Looking For:

·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to strike up a conversation.

·  Self-driven, results-oriented individuals who can work independently to meet targets.

·  Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records and provide a seamless experience for new driver partners.

Previous people-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fund-raising, or customer service is a plus, but not required. This role includes a bonus structure on successful driver leads on top of the hourly pay.
