My client are looking for a bright, driven administrator to join there vibrant team the individual would need to be customer focused with a strong attention for detail .
Reporting into the customer service manager your key responsibilities will include:
Duties will include:
* Being responsible for liaison with customers
* Handling all incoming communications (telephone calls, e-mails, faxes, letters)
* Managing orders from start through to completion
* Managing complaints
* Following up quotations
* Working with the sales area managers dealing with their administration and collating information
The successful candidate will:
* Be a able to multi task
* Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Be professional and methodical in their approach
* Be numerical, and have excellent attention to detail
