Main Purpose of Job / Key Results Area
· Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
· To deliver smooth execution of all aspects of processing customer orders and liaising with customers throughout the Sales Process.
Minimum Requirements
Mandatory
· Secondary level education in numeracy and literacy.
· Advanced user in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Business English
Desired
· Experience dealing with customers at all levels, both commercially and clinical ideally in a scientific or technical industry.

· Happy to work collaboratively as a team across the Operations Department
· Polite and tactful personality
· Ability to plan
· Ability to work calmly under pressure
· Numerical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
� To enter orders accurately, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner so they can be picked, packed & shipped by the warehouse on the same day.
� To confirm delivery notes which have been shipped on the same day to enable invoices to be raised.
� To assist in management of invoice generation and distribution
� To assist in management of Postal Service for UK Office
� To handle all customer enquiries including Proof of Deliveries, stock availability, pricing queries etc.
� To assist in management of Goods Returns Process
� To process quotations via our CRM system
� To follow all QMS processes relevant to role.
� To take personal responsibility for ongoing education and professional advancement.
� Other duties related to the Operations Team as and when required
