Key responsibilities:

·  Provide exceptional customer service support via telephone, email, and online

·  Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

·  Accurately update customer information and maintain detailed records

·  Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

·  Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

Requirements:

·  Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·  Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail

·  Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

·  Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems preferred
