We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based within the Portsmouth area, this is a temporary role but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Your role will be to provide a strong level of customer service, you will be instrumental in providing the best possible service at all times.

Key responsibilities:

·  Ensure that the correct course of action is taken always.

·  Excellent communication skills.

·  Able to confidently build rapport with customers.

·  Participate in training, meetings and workshops to keep up to date with product knowledge.

·  Explore upsell opportunities.

·  Be able to work flexibly and proactively within a fast paced environment.

·  Excel with individual, team and department KPIs.

·  Demonstrate strong teamwork through effective communication skills with others in the team.

·  Retain business through maintaining relationships with customers.

·  Identifying and solving issues as and when needed.

·  Maintain great relationships with all departments across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

·  Successfully achieve targets and KPIs.

·  Strong IT and admin skills.
