Customer Service Advisor x2

Temporary to Permanent

Pay rate - £8.72 - £10.90 per hour

We are currently recruiting for our established client based in Quedgeley. Due to growth and success in the business they are seeking 2 Customer Service Advisors on a temporary to permanent basis.

Initial training will be conducted at their headquarters for 2 weeks, with then the requirement to work remotely.

We are seeking

·  x1 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

·  x1 Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm

Daily duties

·  Dealing with Inbound customer calls

·  Placing orders

·  Administrative work

Candidate Attributes

·  Previous Retail/Customer Service experience

·  Interest in the creative sector

·  Attention to detail

·  Basic computer skills
