The role is to provide customer service, achieve retention targets and sales growth for the company.
Duties will include :
· Reviewing customers' requirements
· Cross selling to new and existing customers
· Develop and sustain working relationships
· Dispatch renewal documents
· Process procedures
· Produce correspondence
· To be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
· Problem solve
· Good IT skills
· Sales and Customer service experience
