Working for a successful retial company based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for handing a large volume of customer service based queries. This will predominantly be via email but telephone communication is also required.

Will need to be able to work to your own initiative but remain a key member of the team. Time management, organisation and prioritisation are all key skills required for the role.
