Responsible for dealing with the administration of remedial complaints, including liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all necessary remedial work is completed to the customer's satisfaction and in a timely manner, reviewing invoices and arranging recharges.

MAIN TASKS

·  Dealing with after-sales complaints

·  Establishing product faults

·  Ordering replacement parts and following up from suppliers

·  Recharging for works done

·  Invoice control

·  Recording details of remedial

·  Fault finding

·  Coordinating returns

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

·  Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

·  Capability to work to own initiative and within a team to achieve challenging targets

·  Excellent attention to detail

·  Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.

·  Taking ownership and responsibility for own workload

·  Willingness to learn

DESIRABLE SKILLS

·  Flexible to work away from office when necessary

·  SAP experience

·  Technical experience
