Our client is looking for a Commissions Analyst on an on-going basis to join a busy team.
You will be working remotely at present with a view to be on site in the future.
Responsibilities
· To calculate monthly sales compensation payments with the use of commissions tools in a timely manner.
· Develop good understanding of the current commission plan and applicable additional incentives
· Review commission payments to ensure they are in line with plan thresholds, investigate issues and appropriate actions to resolve.
· Process approved incentive claims in addition to standard commissions. Keeping claim form repository, Salesforce up to date.
· Working with local sales operations managers to ensure commissions are in line with their expectations.
· Obtain approval for commission payments
· Liaising with payroll to ensure commission payments are always paid on time in line with sales incentive plans terms and conditions
· Deal with individual queries to ensure payments are understood by the employee, based on the data being commissioned
· Create monthly reporting where required and other ad-hoc duties
· To cover team members when required.
Experience:
· Ability to work to the highest levels of accuracy
· Excellent PC application skills, especially important are strong excel and experience working with databases.
· tactful and diplomatic but able to hold own position under pressure.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
