Role Overview:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various surveying tasks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior quantity surveyors, providing detailed analysis and reports, assisting in cost estimation and control, and managing contractual issues.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist in cost estimation and budget control for construction projects.

·  Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed analysis reports.

·  Assist in resolving contractual issues and disputes.

·  Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

·  Monitor and report on project progress.

·  Maintain accurate records and documentation.

·  A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

·  Strong analytical and numerical skills.

·  Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

·  Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

·  A valid driving licence is required for this role.
