Our client seeks long term assistance in their Admin team crossing over the Marketing Team.
The company offer a lovely working environment with onsite coffee shop and brand new offices.
The role
· Compliance documentation support;
· Adhering to compliance requirements across all office processes
· Support with approval process, upload and tracking of documents and jobs
· Contract/ confidentiality agreements
· Procurement and Finance:
· Raising of Purchase Requisitions in SAP
· Liaison with Procurement & Finance to ensure smooth/timely payment of Vendors.
· Reporting monthly
· Budget and cost tracking administrative support
· Events & Meeting organisation:
· Organization of conferences and internal/external meetings
· Vendor liaison (offsite meetings)
· Site visits when requested
· Promotional material coordination:
· Agency/Supplier liaison
· Support copy approval of marketing materials.
· Storage and Distribution liaison
· General Administration:
· Travel arrangements
· IT and telecommunications needs for team
· Manage and maintain SharePoint sites
· Projects support
· Administrative support on marketing projects including tracking timelines and cost.
· Develop and consolidate dashboards/metrics to communicate monthly status updates
· Participation in project meetings,
· Actively engage team members to solicit project concerns and ideas for improvement
· Proactively identify opportunities or challenges, addressing inquiries
Additional Requirements:
Ideally the aility to thrive in an expanding work environment and show tenacity is a must. We are looking for someone who can approach the role with a sense of ownership, collaboration and customer focus.
You will need to be team minded self-starter, able to communicate effectively and confidently with a real ability to multi task, be proactive and problem solve independently.
Skills required:
· Worked in the Pharma environment previously.
· Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
· Personal attributes;
· Reliable and tenacious
· Self-motivated, ability to manage their own workload effectively and juggle priorities.

· Customer Focussed.
SAP experience a plus (raising PR's checking PO's, receipting invoices)
