Responsibilities but not limited to- training provided!

·  Purchase Ledger Processing.

·  Support to the Finance Manager & Payroll clerk.

·  Bank Reconciliations

·  Posting Receipts & Payments from the cashbook

·  Assist with monthly management accounts prep

·  Purchase invoice approval process

·  Reconciling Monthly Credit Card statements

·  Producing the monthly payment run

·  Filing & day to day office organisation.

·  General ad hoc duties.
