My leading client have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join their team based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. In the position, the Accountant will be responsible for the Month End Close on the account My client are ideally looking for someone who has experience of Accountancy and somebody who thrives working in a busy environment and who works well under pressure. this is a temp role for 13 weeks full time 37.5 hours 5 days a week

Description:

Month End Close Accountant
Required to process fiscal year end transactions requested via a Journal Entry Solution and accrual tool. Required to perform specific validation checks prior to processing.
Required to perform other fiscal year end specific tasks such as loading cycle data into SAP.
Prior SAP knowledge is preferred.
Communication skills, being organised and flexible are also important.
SAP experience preferred
