Poste et missions:
For one of our cliente who want to become the leading digital bank and wants to respond to what really matters to their customers. Therefore they go Agile. A totally new operating model is put in place. As the IT process team they have an important role to play.
As a process coach you:
- Co create, refine, document and explain the Agile Operating Model and the related IT processes
- Go for continuous improvement together with the people on the field, you:
- analyse the issues
- define, test and coaches the implementation of the appropriate solution
- coach the process actors

- Experience in one or more IT processes
