Key tasks

Missions

- In charge of corporate sales for UK
- Is coordinating also actions and missions on corporate sales with Accorhotels Group
- Increase sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio trough higher penetration within the existing accounts
- Acquire new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase the customer portfolio of UK
- Develop corporate cross-selling revenue for the French and Central European properties

Tasks

=> Sales Management

o Account Management of existing accounts (including contracting and sales animation)
o Acquisition of new accounts through sales actions (tele-acquisition, one-to-one, email marketing)
o Provide recommendations for short term and long term sales strategies and participate actively in the definition and the implementation of the sales action plan (including follow-up)
o Transmit leads to other aparthotels or sales forces of other European countries
o Develop UK relocation agencies

=> Communication

o Coordinate closely with the Account Managers of the Accor Group to promote the Aparthotels Adagio in the global RFPs
o Work in close collaboration with aparthotels’ General Managers through regular conference calls and / or meetings on achieved results, optimisation opportunities, market and competition information and trends.
o Actively participate in ACCOR market place organisations to ensure relevance of our strategies within each place

o Conduct regular sales reportings according to the Adagio guidelines.
o Management of account management database & tools
o Conduct regular competiton checks and inform the team about new trends Profile

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential English (Fluent)
Optional languages French (Fluent)

Essential and optional requirements

Main specific requirements

o Capacity to convert the company’s guidelines into sales objectives
o Knowledge of Hospitality and distribution actors, ideally also on extended stay
o Result oriented and persuasive
o Capable to create, animate and develop a customer portfolio
o Strong communication skills (powerpoint presentation, oral communication)
o French as a working language would be a plus (French working environment)

Office
Based in London with regular travel to aparthotels and accounts within the UK region
